For residents and non-residents alike to fish parts of Lake Texoma in Oklahoma and Texas. Not valid below the Texoma Dam. It is the ONLY license needed if Lake Texoma is the only lake you fish.

Electronic or printed federal duck stamp valid for 45 days. A physical stamp will be sent to the buyer within this 45 day period, and this stamp will be valid until the date indicated on the stamp. Federal Crop Information Program (HIP)

Mandatory for all migratory bird hunters aged between 16 and 63, including lifetime license holders.
