With this release, we continue to expand our investment in new verticals with a unified view of members (preview), our first solution for health payers.equalUnified Patient View, a unified view of members provides a single place to aggregate access and leverage disparate types of data, rather than switching between multiple screens and systems. useMicrosoft Power Apps, a unified member view allows payers to view complete records that combine data from multiple sources across the healthcare system.

Built on a common data model derived from Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR), it allows payers to easily and securely exchange data with their providers and other FHIR-enabled systems. Unified Member View is a highly customizable and extensible solution that allows customers and partners to create innovative solutions for different payment scenarios.

Using the unified member view, users can access all aspects of member data and health insights in one solution in a single view. As part of a seamless experience, users can view information from a variety of sources, including complaints and lab reports. Member events such as admissions, discharges, and consultation history can also be viewed. Actionable information, such as gaps in care, suggested next best actions, and pending immunizations, can be calculated into personalization and displayed within this solution. Using this data, healthcare organizations can gain insights to drive better member engagement, coordinate care and manage population health. The unified member view is designed to help payers proactively reduce costs while managing care.

This integration will allow access to remote patient monitoring data via the cloud and allow healthcare organizations to scale to large patient populations, reducing high resource utilization and associated costs.
