Using the unified member view, users can access all aspects of member data and health insights in one solution in a single view. As part of a seamless experience, users can view information from a variety of sources, including complaints and lab reports. Member events such as admissions, discharges, and consultation history can also be viewed. Actionable information, such as gaps in care, suggested next best actions, and pending immunizations, can be calculated into personalization and displayed within this solution.
